Our DiversityWealth team brings together experiences and identities that help us relate to and navigate intersectional perspectives and needs. We share a deep, abiding commitment to the universal dignity of our human family. Listening and learning matter. Seeing and being seen, matter. Individual communities, histories, and cultures—and the stories we tell from them—matter.
We understand that we only connect with and honor our universal human dignity when we first engender welcoming, resilient spaces—where people feel secure enough to share —spaces where we honor one another’s unique, lived realities and the stories those realities create.
Our Approach
At DiversityWealth, we do real talk in real-time. We are known for our skills in building secure spaces for culture-changing, business-critical conversations. In practice, the conversations are through retreats and workshops on leadership, team building, strategic planning, and organizational change — all premised on creating cultures of belonging and inclusion. We partner with clients to co-create a future that invites everyone on the team to an equitable place at the table. Everyone means everyone.
The Why

Across our shared histories of geography and place, we are communities, groups, and individuals. Each person experiences the world differently based upon disparate levels of access and status. Power and identity intersect to impact opportunity and participation. Recognizing and addressing these impacts on opportunity and participation is critical.
The How
We develop leadership, build inclusion, and focus on equity with courage, empathy, and accountability to ourselves and others. We help teams and organizations thrive as we create spaces to address the unconscious forces baked into our collective DNA.
This is not a simple fix, but it is an imperative one. We do not do shame and blame. We affirm courage, vulnerability, love, and forgiveness as hallmarks of our humanity.
