Business is fast changing, workplaces are globally connected, and employees and leaders are working in environments that are more diverse than in any previous generation.

Most employees value fairness and equity in the workplace. In spite of their good intentions, there remains a gulf between their ideals and real communication, understanding and progress toward inclusion. The gap between intent and action affects trust, team dynamics and productivity.

At DiversityWealth we affirm that everyone brings their unique identities, experiences, and talents.

We excel at helping organizations turn diversity into an asset and inclusion into a positive driver of engagement. Our clients recognize the DiversityWealth team for our ability to listen carefully to their concerns, challenges, and opportunities and tailor programs to address those needs with an optimal mix of consulting and training talent.

Allies in Community

We live in uncertain times, where our growing diversity and shifting demographics can drive miscommunication.  Emotions can run high. Distrust and suspicion easily surface. We often hear the call that “we’re all in this together.” But our reality doesn’t always reflect that.

Yet, goodwill remains abundant—just waiting for a way forward to connect, create and strengthen new pathways of growth.  Allies in Community™ answers the call with messaging, curriculum and tools to build bridges of understanding across cultures and generations™ .

At our firm we have employees from different educational levels and several different cultures. One of our concerns working with an outside consultant was that the consultant would be unable to understand the complex inner workings of our business and office culture. The DiversityWealth team put those concerns to rest... by listening with pre-training assessments and consultations and concerted effort to learn about our needs.”

— President
Wardlaw Appraisal Group, L.C.

The trainer’s subject-knowledge was clearly deep and thorough. The cross-cultural training was highly interactive and enjoyable. No questions were off-limits, which created a learning environment that was warm and engaging. Most importantly, staff found the training content practical and immediately useful as we moved forward and began the engagement.”

— Global Program Manager
Healthcare Organization

Participants felt comfortable asking even tough questions. Trainer brought warmth and energy to the training sessions that helped put participants at ease, creating a training environment that was both energetic and engaging. Anecdotal stories brought humor and emphasis to key points throughout the day.”

— Training Specialist

The understanding of diversity and cross-cultural issues (both general and specific) is not just wide, but deep, and the ability to communicate that understanding plainly and concretely to an audience is exceptional.”
