Tasnim McCormick Benhalim

Founder & Chief Learning Officer

Tasnim brings over 20 years of diversity, inclusion and cross-cultural experience. She is a popular speaker, trainer, consultant and coach recognized for her effectiveness in creating environments that build trust and communication across diverse populations. Tasnim has worked with clients and students from more than 25 countries, from the North Slope of Alaska to London, Amman, Shanghai and Beijing. She holds a B.A. in humanities from Oklahoma State University and an M.S. in education from the California State University, Fullerton.

A dynamic and highly creative professional, Tasnim treasures meaningful conversations, fragrant tea and practices that engage her in a rich and full life.

Morgan May

DEI-B & Culture  |  Multi-lingual Expertise  |  Training & Facilitation

Morgan May is a multilingual (Spanish, French, Japanese, Russian) educator, diversity facilitator and web developer. Her background brings together language, technology and diversity with experience in second language acquisition, linguistics, management information systems, and instructional technology. 

Morgan has worked on international, virtual teams as a programmer and quality assurance analyst for start-ups and Fortune 500 companies. She has lived, worked, and studied on the continents of Africa, Asia, Central America, and Europe and holds Bachelor’s degrees in Management Information Systems and Foreign Languages as well as a Master’s degree in Education from Southern Methodist University (SMU). 

Morgan is currently pursuing her doctorate in Multicultural Women’s and Gender Studies at TWU. She is a lecturer of Human Diversity, Gender and Social Change, and Business Communications. She also conducts private executive language coaching in English, French, Spanish, and Japanese.

Passionate about giving back to her community, Morgan is a volunteer with the World Affairs Council of Dallas/Fort Worth and the Dallas Museum of Art.

Laura Tamayo

Laura Tamayo is a longtime leader and innovator in the application of cultural understanding to marketing, business alliances, and internal team building. For more than 25 years, she has provided linguistic support and cross-cultural insights to national and international brands, in addition to diversity training through Diversity Wealth since 2016. Her strong belief in the practical value of collaboration and shared knowledge extends to pro-bono and volunteer support of public sector and non-profit endeavors. Recent efforts have focused on providing skills-based support to local nonprofits, including chambers of commerce, that provide business and cultural inclusion education.

Tamika Evans

Facilitator, Allyship & Belonging.

Equity, celebration and creativity are the values that motivate Tamika Evans and fuel her work as a community development practitioner. She is a creative economist and collaborative leader who has worked alongside community leaders, creatives, cultural workers, philanthropists and her neighbors for 18 years to make a difference. Her upbringing in a civically engaged family in the birthplace of Malcolm X also contributes to her passion. A Houston resident since 2000, Tamika has found connection and clarity of purpose by combining a work, home and community life that nourishes the heart, hands and minds in our global and dynamic world. She is bolstered by her husband and three, vibrant children and enjoys reading, crocheting, nature and the sweet taste of grapefruit.

Adnan Razvi

Allyship & Belonging Facilitator.

Adnan Razvi is an American artist and conflict management specialist born in Chicago. As a child of immigrants from Pakistan and Uganda, both sides of his lineage experienced expulsion from their home countries as a result of war and political destabilization. In a household where Urdu/Hindi & Swahili were spoken, calligraphy and arabesque text were a permanent fixture and medium for connection in his life. 

  • 12 years experience in cross-cultural communication, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), coaching, and conflict management implementation strategies.

  • M.S. Conflict Management, Southern Methodist Univ.

  • Lived, worked Malaysia, Pakistan, India, Qatar and East Africa.

  • Licensed mediator in the state of Texas.

  • Fluent in English. Speaks, and understands Hindi and Urdu. Also speaks basic Swahili and Arabic.

  • Professional artist whose work is shown and collected internationally.

Micah Anderson

M.A., A.M.F.T and Senior Facilitator

Micah Anderson, the Program Director at the Mind Body Awareness Project, began practicing meditation 1989 and trained as a mindfulness teacher ten years later. Since then he has led global retreats and training on mindfulness, emotional literacy, and mental wellness for over 15 years with a range of organizations and professionals. He also holds a Masters degree in Psychology.

The Mind Body Awareness Project in the San Francisco Bay Area provides mindfulness-based, trauma-informed interventions for incarcerated adults and youth. It also offers trauma-resiliency training for those who serve those populations, including police and correctional officers, clinicians, and other leadership. He runs a private psychotherapy practice in Oakland, CA, where he resides with his wife and two children.

Warner Terry Howard

Diversity Leader and Bridge Builder

Terry’s expertise as a diversity leader, corporate storyteller, and bridge-builder spans over 30 years.

His career includes 15 years in HR and Diversity at AT&T and 15 years as Global Director of Diversity for Texas Instruments, where he supported the TI Diversity Network and black and Hispanic employee initiative groups, and managed external development programs and awards processes for diverse talent and global learning labs. Terry’s more recent activities include founding the Global Diversity Consortium and delivering keynote speeches across the U.S., Europe, Asia, and India. His many honors and awards include the Corporate Diversity Award from the Society of Black Engineers and the UT-Dallas Diversity Champion Award, among others. Areas of Expertise: Inclusive Leadership, Cultural Agility, Business Resource Groups, Performance Feedback, Workplace Bullying, Unconscious Bias, Professional Brand Development.
